Sicily is the home of my roots and I look forward to presenting you "my" Sicily!
Of course, the “Dolce Vita”, the sea, the good food, the Campagnia….
Being enjoyable is a happy being. It is a great pleasure for me to accompany you on this trip!
On this special trip to your heart you will
get to know valuable exercises from energy work, yoga and dance that you can also deepen in everyday life.
In my work I combine over 30 years of experience as a dancer, actress, artist and teacher and creatures from an
infinite pool of wisdom and knowledge.
My yoga is not tied to any shape and serves you to feel, combine
and develop an intelligent understanding of what your body needs to work healthy.
We focus our focus. Connect our inner and external attitude.

How am I steadfast? How do I appear?
What is my appearance?
In mind and physical exercises we learn all of this.
I call it golden tools for more vitality and joie de vivre.
In dance into femininity, we grow into our authentic strength and with exercises and forms of movement from the oriental dance and modern dance we grow proudly and gracefully into our "queen", because a truly female woman feels the queen.
We gain charisma and learn to love and accept our body. And that is also the secret for all of our concerns! Our ability to love and the acceptance of our being.

(this is preferred)
Catania approx. 180 km from Cefalú
(transfer is extra. The hotel can
organize the transfer for you.
A taxi one way for 4 people costs around € 220).
The transfer from Palermo Airport can be organized from the hotel unless you take a rental car.

Note:
My passion is expressed in my dance on stage and yet I have always been a passionate teacher who loves to motivate her students positively, inspire and lead to joy and growth.
I also love Morocco and the desert, which is why I always travel there, and there are also desert trips with yoga, dance and spirituality in connection with camel trekkking.
At the moment, Coronabed, I have closed my theater. This is open to me to stay longer here with my family in Sicily and offer various courses.
I believe that everything is always as right as it is. To defend yourself against it only creates misfortune. It took me many years for this noticeable knowledge and deep trust in me. Now I am where I've been to: in the joy of life! And I would like to share this with you! With dance, magic and energy!
