My story

As the daughter of a Sicilian father, a Prussian mother, a grandmother from Latvia, great-granddaughter of a shaman and healer from Latvia and a grandfather who grew up in the Ukraine, I am very influenced by different influences and that is probably why I love the mixing of cultures so much!

I am a dancer, actress, artist, bodyworker, yoga, dance and tai chi teacher, theater manager, a wonderful cook and a sensitive, humorous and sometimes strict teacher.

As a natural movement talent, I was a competitive and synchronized swimmer at a young age, attended the famous John Cranko School from the age of 7, where I was taught ballet 4 times a week.
At the age of 21 I went to New York for 3 years, where I trained as a modern dancer at Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater and at the Martha Graham School of Contemporary.
Further training in acting, yoga, tai chi, qi gong, bodywork/massage (according to Shika/India), tango, salsa and belly dance followed.

My longing is traveling and learning.
Many of my “learning journeys” have been spiritual retreats or visiting a country to study. I currently live in Germany and sometimes in Sicily.

As a dancer I lived in New York City / USA
Dreams come true! I don't know how many times I've watched all things Westside Story and plastered my room with Alvin Ailey posters and not a summer went by that I didn't go dancing to Frank Sinatra's "New York, New York" at the hotel! Today one would probably call it manifesting. I just called it a dream at the time…. and he realized himself in fullest size! I lived in what was then the largest dance mecca in the world and got to know the greatest teachers and artists!

In the dance company of Nai Ni Chen Dance Company, a modern Chinese dance company in New York City, I gained a lot of experience with performing on stage and learning Chinese movement style.

Director of the Theater Gallery.
Artist on stage and 30 years of teaching I taught at various ballet and drama schools in Stuttgart for 25 years and trained young people.
In 1995 I opened the
theater gallery in Neckartailfingen with my then husband and artist friends and in 2000 I received the Baden-Württemberg cabaret prize with my choreography “Hallo” .

For many years I have been traveling to India, Sicily and Morocco and especially to the desert, to always be passionately inspired.

my mission

'What you do shapes you.
Due to emotionally difficult situations in my life, I dealt with personality development very early on and when I look at my bookshelf, I almost only see books about healing, self-development, psychology, etc. In 1992 my path led me to healing journeys to the Sinai desert, Thailand and India. In Thailand I was in the Buddhist monastery for 10 days and this was my initial spark for spirituality. From there it took me straight to India, where I spent some time in Rischikesch to learn yoga. My first book, which I read about OSHO in this house in the mountains in India, made me spontaneously get on the train and travel from North India to the Ashram of OSHO. I stayed there for 4 months and made many experiences with various meditation techniques, genealogical research and lots of self-awareness courses and therapies.

The following 25 years of my life were shaped by family life and theater and running my own theater, Theatergalerie, as artistic director.
There were many tasks to be mastered all around the theater! My son Lorin was born in 1996 and he was the most wonderful thing that has ever happened to me!
My marriage only lasted 4 years. And yet these last 25 years have been a fantastic time with so many people and artists from Germany, France, Chile, Spain, Algeria, Argentina, among others, coming and going here in the theater gallery. A wonderful era that came to an abrupt end in 2020 with Corona.

I have wanted to pass on my extensive knowledge for so long and I now see the opportunity to fully concentrate on it.
I am very happy that in my current period of life I will spend more time inspiring people, especially women, and helping them to find their zest for life, their center, their mental and physical mobility and to lead a happy life.

I see that as my mission today.
