Sicily meet friends — Friends day by the sea in Sicily

First of all breakfast! On Saturday there is always a market day and I buy vegetables and
fruit for the week. And now we enjoy this.
Oranges and lemons are still hanging in the country We collect them and press a juice and slide into the day.

I also love to read a little in the morning and so to wake my head awake.

Washing and hanging laundry is part of everyday life here too.

I do a little yoga before we go off around noon.
This is my favorite place for creativity!

On the way to the sea we make a stop for ice cream and cappuccino. So if a day dolce vita , but then right!
Calories are definitely not one of them!

Today on Sunday we dare to go to the Cefalù city beach and are pleasantly surprised
because it is not as full as in the high season in August. And after yesterday's storm it has
a few waves to play. I personally prefer to be at the sea, where I can swim off right away, but every now
and then a moving sea is also fun!
