why dance Why exercise at all?
It's not about dancing great, it's about feeling great.
Dance is the oldest spiritual practice for women.
It connects us and teaches us a lot about our
physicality and femininity (perhaps neglected for far too long).
Feeling goes through the body and this is where all blockages are
stored, frozen and trapped.
We will resolve this.
With movements that touch us and with which we accept ourselves and
feel sensual, soft, pleasurable, sexy and life-affirming again.
In the dance into femininity we feel our pelvic power, our attitude, our hidden anger,
our softness and discover our authentic womanhood, which agrees with WHAT is there right now.
Whether too much on the ribs, too little ... what he says, what she says, etc. it doesn't matter!

I have Nora 2006
met. At that time as a dance teacher at the acting school. From the very beginning, Nora was always more than "just" our dance teacher. You could entrust her with any problem and you always felt that you were in good hands and seen with her. She accompanied us with her experience and knowledge and always managed to get everything out of us.
After the training, I was lucky enough to be able to work with Nora, and that's how she went from being a teacher to being a colleague and becoming a friend. But over the years she has always remained a mentor and guide. Through her own theatre, her travels and her talents, she has always supported me and enriched me with ideas and suggestions. You always feel in good hands with her - whether as a dance student, work colleague or friend 🙂

The session yesterday was fantastic for me in so many ways. After it I got more "ill" with coff and running nose, but today I am completely "cured". My breath and arms also much better. I would love to have one more session allready tomorrow orcthecday after to continue the important work I feel we have started…
The hotel has many fabulous facilities, but my favorite was the massage from Nora.
She is an expert in Ayurvedic massage, and she was so good that my husband and I had two each. Her magical blend of technique with a spiritual connection was unforgettable.

A ONE WAY taxi for 4 people costs around €120.
From Catania – 180 km from Cefalù.
There is no train connection here! A ONE WAY taxi for 4 people costs €230. Duration: 2 to 2.5 hours.
Taxis from Catania and Palermo airports can be organized by the hotel.
There is a train from Palermo airport to Cefalù for around €12. Duration: 1.5 hours.
There is also the possibility to rent car This must be organized independently.
