When walking through the landscape of the desert, away from the sensory overload of our usual world, the focus turns to what is essential and the “inner guide” speaks up. In a caravan with nomads we move from place to place and consciously enter the space of presence, silence and experience immense abundance! Clarity arises in our thoughts along the way – little by little. Our topics, our stumbling blocks, our visions become apparent. In the silence we come into deep contact with our authentic self and the vastness of this magnificent landscape and the wisdom and joy of life of the nomads fill us with a deep connection and joy from which we draw from then on.

I am Nora , your desert companion.
With my nomad friends, I am lucky enough to accompany you on your journey to you with the best team.
A woman accompanies men in the desert?
YES! I give you the space you need to develop and turn your stumbling blocks into stones of happiness.

I am a mentor, dancer, bodyworker and teacher of dance, tai chi and yoga.
For 25 years I taught young men and women in drama school.
I was on stage in my own theater, the Theatergalerie, for almost 30 years and brought all the threads together behind the scenes. I have been going to the desert for 30 years to experience valuable insights, cleansing and transformation in the wide horizon.
I look forward to practicing Tai Chi and valuable exercises for mental, emotional and physical strengthening with you here in the unique landscape of the Sahara.
