Welcome to the yoga and dance retreat in Cefalú, Sicily!
Sicily is home to my roots and I look forward to introducing you to “my” Sicily!
Of course, this journey of the heart also includes the “Dolce Vita”, the sea, good food, the Campagnia….
Being enjoyable is part of being happy. It is my great pleasure to accompany you on this journey!
On this special journey to your heart you will get to know valuable exercises from energy work,
yoga and dance, which you can also deepen in everyday life.
In my work I combine more than 30 years of experience as a dancer, actress, artist and teacher and draw from an
infinite pool of wisdom and knowledge.
My yoga is not tied to any form and serves you to feel yourself deep inside, to connect
and to develop an intelligent understanding of what your body needs to work healthily.
We align our focus.
Connect our inner and outer attitude. How do I go ... through life?
How do I... feel about myself?
How am I steadfast?
How do I perform? What is my appearance?
We experience all this in mental and physical exercises.
I call it golden tools for more vitality and joie de vivre.
In dancing into femininity we grow into our authentic power and with exercises and forms of movement from oriental dance and modern dance we grow proudly and gracefully into our "queen", because a truly feminine woman feels the queen in herself.
We gain charisma and learn to love and accept our body. And that is also the secret for all our concerns! Our ability to love and the acceptance of our being.

this retreat by the sea is awesome to dive deep and joyful into yourself! Water stands for cleansing, emotions, movement, feelings, empathy, among other things.

(transfer is extra. The hotel can

A taxi ONE WAY for 4 people costs approx. 220 € in total).
Transfers from Palermo Airport can be organized from the hotel unless you hire a car.

Note:
My passion expresses itself in my dancing on stage and yet I have always been a passionate teacher who loves to positively motivate, inspire and lead her students to joy and growth.
I also love Morocco and the desert, which is why I always travel there, and I also offer desert trips there with yoga, dance and spirituality in connection with camel trekking.
At the moment, due to Corona, I have closed my theater. This gave me the opportunity to stay longer here with my family in Sicily and to offer different courses.
I believe that everything is always just as right as it is. Resisting it only creates unhappiness. It took me many years for this tangible realization and the deep trust in myself. Now I'm where I was before: in the joy of life! And I would like to share this with you! With dance, magic and energy!
