Nora Curcio

Director and owner of the theater gallery.
Is a dancer, actress, bodyworker, teacher for yoga, dance and Tai Chi, a wonderful cook and a sensitive, humorous, sometimes strict teacher. As a natural talent for movement, she was a competitive and synchronized swimmer at a young age, studied ballet at the famous John Cranko School and later trained as a modern dancer in New York with, among others, Alvin Ailey and the Martha Graham School of Contemporary Art .
Further training in yoga, tai chi, qi gong, bodywork/massage (according to Shika/India), tango, salsa and belly dance followed. She has a German mother, a Sicilian father, a Latvian grandmother and a grandfather who was born in Ukraine.
Also a wonderful son! Her longing is always traveling and learning.
Many of her “learning journeys” have been spiritual retreats or visiting a country to learn. She currently lives in Sicily and Germany.

in New York City
in Nai Ni Chen's NYC dance company, a modern Chinese dance company in New York City/ USA and various choreographers.

Artist on stage and teacher For 25 years she taught at various ballet and acting schools in Stuttgart and trained young people.
In 1995 she opened the theater gallery in Neckartailfingen and received
the Baden-Württemberg cabaret prize for her choreography "Hallo". Living yoga and living dance, teaching, giving healing massages and going into the desert.
Sicily is her second home.
Her family lives here. In Morocco she lives her heart and feels very connected to the inhabitants.

Her curiosity about all types of movement
has allowed her to learn a lot from an early age: ballet and hip hop, tango and salsa, belly dance, modern dance and jazz, African dance and Chinese folklore, tai chi, aikido and yoga – in every style and every form of movement To see and feel the elementary, the fundamental in a very short time, to understand and to be able to do it correctly - that is her special strength.
