First breakfast!
Saturday is always market day and that's when I buy vegetables and fruit for the week.
And now we're going to enjoy it. still hang in the countryside . We collect them and press a juice and slide into the day.

Lemons and oranges are still there even in June.

Fresh eggs for scrambled eggs.

I also love to read a bit in the morning to wake up my head.

Washing and hanging up laundry is also part of everyday life here.

I do a bit of yoga before we head out around noon.
This is my favorite place for creativity!

On the way to the sea we make a stop for ice cream and cappuccino. So if a day Dolce Vita , then really!
Counting calories is definitely not one of them!

Today on Sunday we dare to go to the city beach of Cefalù and are positively surprised
because it is not as crowded as in the high season in August.

after yesterday's storm Personally, I prefer to be by the sea where I can start swimming right away, but a choppy sea is fun every now and then!
