WHAT DO YOU WANT TO MAKE?
This profound question made me look inward and far back into my life.
I discovered a common thread: joie de vivre, touch and heart connections are the things that are important to me.
In my life they have also been lost. But that's exactly why I developed a greater awareness of this and experienced a lot of healing. As I reflected on my life, I realized how much my soul led me to this place that I occupy today. There aren't any regrets or anything I should have done differently, even though there were times when I once thought I might have made the wrong decision.

Generate joie de vivre and live fulfilled relationships with the courage to be authentic

Relationship to oneself, to the life partner, to the children, to friends, to the neighbour, to the shop assistant, to business partners.
There are myriad forms of relationships, and they all urge us to stay with ourselves.
To stay true to ourselves. If we don't manage to muster the courage to stand behind ourselves and say what we want and what we don't want, we increasingly become the plaything of others and we increasingly lose touch with ourselves and our heart.

I wish that we live fulfilled and true relationships. Everything starts with us and so I would like to encourage women to live their femininity more consciously, so that men can also find clarity in their natural role.

I want to inspire women to stand on their life stage:
authentic, sensual and unashamedly feminine!

How often do we stand in front of our reflection and constantly have something to complain about.
They don't accept us and constantly try to improve ourselves, to paint over traces of life and to use clothing sizes as a measure of an imaginary scale of values. We hide our bodies that we don't love in garment bags and, at worst, scold women who feel too comfortable on their stage of life and who may even trumpet this to the outside world, laugh out loud and, in our eyes, are simply over-the-top chicks.

I would like to encourage women to devote themselves more to their wombs and to set them in motion, to listen inside and just to dance more! I call it the dance into femininity. Just as no two flowers are alike, every woman is unique in her nature and appearance.
That's what I want for women in this world. Women who are lustful and alive, who are aware of and appreciate their uniqueness. They are relaxed and playful at the same time. And they understand this “game between the sexes” better. They know when they have to let the man be man and are wonderful at taking care of themselves.

I want to empower women to stand up for their values, love each other unconditionally and at the same time encourage them to live a new feminism.

My place of freedom. A place of infinite possibilities. Here I understand what it means to create visions and to make every dream possible with focus and diligence. A place where I can and can be anything I want! Take roles, from humorous, seductive, sensual, powerful, funny, whimsical, crazy, in love, hated .... There are no limits, except the ones I set for myself. I started dancing John Cranko Ballet School From the very first moment I loved standing at the ballet barre and I felt it early: It is my destiny to become a dancer and I have done everything to make this dream come true! My way went to New York, the Mecca of the dance world at the time, and I became a modern dancer with opportunities. But….

When you stand in the way of your own destiny

in the dance company of Nai Ni Chen in New York. After a year in the company, I was offered a contract by Nai Ni, which gave me the chance to tour all over America for a year. I declined. WHY? This question stuck painfully in my head for a long time. I just didn't understand WHY I canceled this great opportunity?

Instead, I went back to Germany and started training young people in bodywork and dance in drama school (for 20 years). Theatergalerie in Neckartailfingen , with my husband at the time (who was there for the first 5 of 25 years) . A new dream came true. I became a self-determined artist who could choose to bring anything she wanted to the stage. For 25 years, my team and I produced around 50 different dance, drama and theater productions.

And the BEST thing was that I became a mother !

Stage fright, the magic of the moment and creating accompanied me for 25 years until the pandemic crisis hit in 2020. The transition was easy for me.

It's been due for a while. If there are many talents, ideas and desires in life, then something is allowed to come to an end.

Spiritual growth, bodywork and accompanying people into the fullness of life

Teacher? mentor? Are you only or only authorized to work if you have a certificate? Isn't it also the experience you have that entitles you to pass on the material you are dealing with intensively?

I am a trained sports and gymnastics teacher and a trained modern dancer. There were countless further training courses in personality development and body work. But one of the biggest learnings was my personal experience!
I'm passing all of that together today. I inspire people, pass on help and my life experiences. I am a strict and humorous teacher who aims to bring out the best in everyone and bring out the best in everyone. Being a teacher is also my destiny. It's in my blood and I love it!

Personally, I went through hell for years and stayed in unhealthy relationships for far too long, was single for a long time and didn't want a man around me. Wanted to do everything alone! This caused my masculine energy to develop strongly within me. I had lost the receptive, soft and devoted attribute as part of femininity. I have studied these subjects for decades, attended seminars, therapy and ashrams and many meditation sites in Thailand and India and read tons of books on these subjects.

Today I can say: I'M DONE! I got to know each other deeply. I have combined the male and female in me and healed my inner child.
What I've learned is to love and appreciate myself so much that I've become an expert at it.
An expert in bringing people, especially women, into self-esteem and the lust for life and joie de vivre to live authentically, happily and freely.

That's what I call myself a mentor for women today , because I've managed to get on the right track and understand how to change that. Today I combine my professional experience on stage, as a teacher and as a companion, as well as above all my life experiences, and integrate what I “understand” into my body. That's how I work.
On my last retreat, where I accompanied 10 women, I was surprised when, during the introduction round, every woman told me that they were attracted to my charisma.

From my vitality and positivity. Yes, my energy has definitely changed. The grimness on my face has gone. I am now attracting other people and situations into my life. I LOVE THE LIVE! When you start to see life as an adventure and get involved with it in a playful and curious way, unforeseen things happen!
And oops! That's how it was for me: Suddenly an incredibly wonderful man stood in front of me, who reflects everything I am today. It's like this: inside and out!

I want to dance with women in the desert and offer the space to have mystical experiences

The desert is one of the most important experiences in my life. I've been going to her for 30 years, on and off. It's a pull. Here I become empty and experience the fullness of life in many dimensions.
Above all, what is the true luxury for me: to be free in my head.
Here you can experience the silence. Go on a search for meaning, especially in times of upheaval. You hear the call of your heart again. It is a journey that takes you back to your origins. And that's what I call my desert journeys: longing for origin.

On these journeys into the desert I find everything that I want to achieve . There is no better place for me because it is possible to learn so much about yourself in such a short time and to generate joie de vivre, lust for life and abundance in life. Make way for new impulses.

As a person, mother, daughter, friend and partner, I would like to invite you to the table. Prompt for a conversation. Be a listener, give advice, philosophize, go deep, even when it's uncomfortable, find solutions. Most of all I want to laugh with you! I have a great sense of humor and what amuses me the most is finding out about my own created circumstances.

I'm actually an excellent cook who knows how to mix the different spices and dishes from the countries I love.

Just as I myself am a mixture of different cultures, getting to know people from other cultures is a great pleasure and a great need for me. Please everyone to the table: Let's talk and dance together!

As a giver. This runs through my whole life. My tombstone could read: passionate adventuress. she lived

Life for me a wonderful journey!
I'm not afraid to dig deep and that's why my life is everything: laughter and tears. Loud and quiet. It's always changing. It's intense in every way!
Developing my basic trust and love for myself is probably also part of my destiny.
And how can one develop and experience love if one has not tasted hate and lovelessness?
When you've fallen and haven't learned to get up.
I would like to pass this on: Courage to live!

Sometimes I wish I had crawled out of Hades faster, but then I laugh because I understand:
this is the journey of life!
Every moment lived is fleeting.
Anyone who becomes aware of this can begin to love and live life! That's why I say: Taste life, because it is delicious!
Sometimes it tastes good, sometimes not. It is YOUR LIFE JOURNEY. And you always have the choice of what to focus on.
