My story
As the daughter of a Sicilian father, a Prussian mother, a grandmother from Latvia, great -granddaughter of a shaman and healer from Latvia and an grandpa who grew up in Ukraine, I am very shaped by different influences and love so much the mixing of cultures!
I am a dancer, actress, artist, bodyworker, teacher for yoga, dance and tai chi, theater director, a wonderful cook and a sensitive, humorous, sometimes strict teacher.
As a natural talent for movement, I was a performance and vexation swimmer at a young age, visited the famous John Cranko School from the age of 7, where I was taught in ballet 4 times a week.
When I was 21 I went to New York for 3 years, where I had Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater and the Martha Graham School of Contemporary trained as a modern dancer.
Further training in acting, yoga, tai chi, Qi gong, bodywork/massage (after Shika/India), tango, salsa and belly dance followed.
My longing is traveling and learning. Many of my “learning trips” were spiritual retreats or a visit to a country to learn there.
I currently live in Germany and temporarily on Sicily.

dreams come true! I don't know how often I looked at everything about the Western IDE story and gave up my room with posters from Alvin Ailey and there was no summer that I had not danced to Frank Sinatra's "New York" in the hotel! Today you would call that manifest. Back then I just called it a dream…. And he realized in full size! I lived in the world's largest dance mecca and met the greatest teachers and artists!
In the dance company by Nai Ni Chen Dance Company, a modern Chinese Tanzcompany in New York City, I had a lot of experience with stage appearances and learning Chinese style of awareness.

for 25 years I taught in Stuttgart at various ballet and acting schools and trained young people.

with my then husband and artist fans and in 2000 I received the cabaret award from Baden-Württemberg with my choreography "Hello" .
For many years now I have been traveling to India, Sicily and Morocco and especially in the desert to be passionate about again and again.
My mission
What you do, that shapes you. Through emotionally difficult situations in my life, I dealt with personal development very early and when I look at my bookshelf, I almost only see books about healing, self -development, psychology, etc. In 1992 my path led me to healing trips to the Sinai desert, to Thailand and India. In Thailand I was in the Buddhist monastery for 10 days and this was my initial spark for spirituality. From there it took me directly to India, where I spent some time in Rischikesch to learn yoga.
My first book, which I read in this house in the mountains in India about Osho, prompted me to spontaneously get on the train and drive from north India to the Ashram of Osho. I stayed there for 4 months and had a lot of experience with various meditation techniques, ancestral research and lots of self -awareness courses and therapies.
The subsequent 25 years in my life were characterized by family life and theater and as director of my own theater, theater gallery. Many tasks were all mastered around the theater!
My son Lorin was born in 1996 and for me he was the most wonderful thing that ever happened to me! My marriage only lasted 4 years. And yet these last 25 years were a fantastic time with so many people and artists from Germany, France, Chile, Spain, Algeria, Argentina, including that in the theater gallery.
A wonderful era that came to an abrupt end with Corona in 2020.
I would like to pass on my extensive knowledge for so long and now see the opportunity to concentrate fully on it.
I am very pleased that in my current life period I will spend more time to inspire people, especially women, and to help them bring them into their joie de vivre, their middle, mental and physical mobility and to live a happy life.
I see that today as my mission.

Hotel Kalura Sicily
Our family hotel under the direction of my brother, Gerrit Curcio and my mother. In family ownership since 1972. My father died in 1999.
Landhotel old customs house
The Landhotel Altes Zollhaus acquired my brother over 15 years ago and built this former customs house (from GDR times), near the Czech border, to convert to a beautiful art hotel, where there are many special leisure activities, yoga -offs, sports events and much more!
Sahara Retreat Center Morocco
28 years ago I got into the desert for the first time and this feeling there, I never let go!
I have been traveling regularly in the desert in Morocco for 10 years. My vision is to travel with people into the desert with a caravan to accompany and lead them back to their authentic origin.
